Frequently asked questions
How do I set up the Flora Organic Dunlop Latex Mattress for dual firmness on queen or king sizes?
The mattress offers two customizable middle layers with firmness options (firm, medium, or soft) and, on larger sizes, dual-firmness per side. Place the mattress on a compatible foundation, align the layers as desired, and use the outer cover to keep the surface smooth for balanced support.
What makes this latex bed different from other latex mattresses?
It uses four layers of 100% GOLS-certified organic Dunlop latex with two middle cores that can be customized for different firmness zones, plus an organic cotton cover with wool filling for temperature regulation and natural flame retardancy.
Who would benefit most from this mattress, and who might prefer something simpler?
It suits sleepers who want personalized firmness across the core and a soft surface for pressure relief, including couples who want different feels on each side. It may be less suitable for those who prefer a single, uniform feel across the whole mattress.
What should I know about comfort, climate, and care for this mattress?
The wool and cotton cover enhances breathability for comfortable temperatures. The latex layers provide targeted support and a soft top to ease surface pressure. For maintenance, use a breathable mattress protector and vacuum the cover regularly to keep it fresh.
Is this mattress compatible with adjustable bases and what sizes are available?
The design supports adjustable bases, and queen and king sizes can offer dual firmness on each side; check the retailer’s options for exact size availability.
